These Terms are the agreement between you and Muggo Entertainment for using our games, websites, and apps — including Pickle ME. Be respectful, play fair, follow the law, and understand that where a feature like Moneyball involves money between players, we only do the math — we never handle the funds and are not a party to any wager. 1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Muggo Entertainment ("Muggo Entertainment", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of our websites, video games, applications, and related online services, including the Pickle ME app (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. 2. Eligibility & Accounts
- Minimum age You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA/UK) to create an account or use account-based Services. Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children.
- Accurate information You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current.
- Account security You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- One person, one account Accounts are for individual use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or impersonate any person or entity.
3. The Services
We develop video games, books, and other digital media and technology, including downloadable and online games and connected applications such as Pickle ME, a pickleball score-tracking, statistics, and tournament app with social features (profiles, ratings, friends, organizations, and group chat). We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, content, and availability.
4. License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
5. User Content
"User Content" means anything you submit through the Services, including your display name, profile details, match and tournament data, chat messages, reports, and feedback. You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use that content as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law or third-party right.
6. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:
- harass, threaten, defame, bully, or harm other users;
- post content that is illegal, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
- cheat, manipulate ratings or results, use bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software;
- submit false reports, spam, or attempt to deceive other users;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- access another user's account or disrupt, overload, or attempt to breach the security of the Services;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
7. Community Chat & Moderation
Some Services include group chat tied to tournaments or organizations. Chats are visible to group members and to the group's owner or organizer, who has moderation tools (muting, banning, removing members, and deleting messages). To support safety and dispute resolution, messages and moderation actions may be retained after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We (and group owners) may, but are not obligated to, monitor or moderate content. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content you post; do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
8. Tournaments, Ratings & Competitive Play
The Services let users create and join tournaments, record matches, and generate ratings, rankings, statistics, and predictions. Organizers are responsible for running their events fairly and lawfully, including for any location, schedule, eligibility, or prize details they set. Ratings and results are provided for entertainment and informational purposes, are based on data entered by users, and may be adjusted or recalculated; we do not guarantee their accuracy.
9. Moneyball, Buy-Ins & No Gambling Services
You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is legal where you are, and for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws governing contests, prize competitions, and gambling. Muggo Entertainment does not operate a gambling, gaming, betting, or money-transmission service, and nothing in the Services should be construed as one. We disclaim all liability for disputes, losses, taxes, or amounts arising from any buy-in, pot, payout, or other financial arrangement between users.
10. Purchases & Virtual Items
Certain games may offer purchases or virtual items processed by third-party platforms (such as Apple, Google Play, Steam, or Microsoft) under their own terms. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are licensed, not sold, to you. Except where required by law or a platform's policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

The Services rely on, integrate with, or link to third parties — including hosting and database providers, game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine, distribution platforms such as Apple, Google Play, Steam, and Microsoft, and mapping links. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.
12. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, characters (including Muggo), audio, and other content (excluding User Content), are owned by Muggo Entertainment or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The names, marks, and logos of Muggo Entertainment may not be used without our prior written permission. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, contact us at the address below with sufficient detail to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time through the relevant Service. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muggo Entertainment from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Except where prohibited by applicable law, you and Muggo Entertainment agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small-claims court where eligible. You and Muggo Entertainment waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. To the extent any dispute proceeds in court, the exclusive venue will be the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer-protection rights or a forum available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the "Last updated" date above, and may provide additional notice for material changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
